It assists in working towards making choices in how you wish to lead your life going forward. Increasing confidence for you to live life that feels more authentically you.

We are relational humans ‘wired to connect’. The therapeutic relationship is the foundation of the counselling journey, the ‘vehicle’ for the exploration and personal growth.
